Job summary

ENFRA Solutions is seeking an LMS Administrator to manage the UKG Learning Management System across field and corporate environments. You will build curricula, assign training, track completion, and partner with internal teams and vendors to ensure a robust learning infrastructure that drives workforce development.

Responsibilities include reporting, analytics, and ensuring data integrity, with a focus on user experience and scalable training programs across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 2+ years administering a corporate LMS with user/vendor interactions.
• Strong detail orientation, data accuracy, and user experience focus.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills for reporting and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• System Administration & Course Management: build curricula, courses, paths, certifications; assign learners; manage enrollments; ensure data integrity.
• Vendor and Content Management: coordinate with content providers; assess and onboard new vendors; manage contracts.
• Support & Troubleshooting: act as LMS point of contact; resolve access/content issues; train users and admins.
• Reporting & Analytics: generate dashboards for compliance and usage; guide training strategy with data insights.
• General governance: ensure SCORM/xAPI compatibility and publish/archive learning content.
