We are seeking an experienced LMS Administrator/Analyst to manage learning systems, support digital learning initiatives, analyze LMS data, and coordinate device/inventory operations. The role is primarily focused on LMS administration (60–70%), with additional responsibilities in reporting, instructional design support, and inventory management.
Important: This is not a Trainer or Facilitator role. Candidates should have hands‑on LMS administration, system management, reporting, and data analysis experience.
Key Responsibilities
LMS Administration – 60–70%
- Administer and maintain the Learning Management System, preferably Absorb LMS.
- Manage course uploads, assignments, enrollments, and user profiles.
- Maintain LMS banners, leaderboards, notifications, and system communications.
- Troubleshoot LMS-related issues and support users.
- Candidates with Cornerstone, Docebo, or LearnUpon experience will also be considered.
Learning Content & Instructional Design
- Partner with training strategists to support digital learning modules.
- Manage digital learning intake requests.
- Assist with learning content development and LMS deployment.
- Support continuous improvement of learning programs and content.
Data Analytics & Reporting
- Extract, consolidate, and analyze LMS completion and utilization data.
- Use Advanced Excel for reporting, data analysis, and trend identification.
- Develop actionable insights and reports for leadership.
- Support executive/C-level reporting and presentation of learning metrics.
Device & Inventory Management
- Track weekly/bi-weekly hardware logistics and inventory.
- Monitor offshore device shipments and delivery status.
- Coordinate device logistics with external vendors.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and reporting.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of dedicated LMS Administration/Management experience.
- Hands‑on experience administering an LMS platform.
- Advanced Excel skills are mandatory.
- Experience with Absorb LMS preferred.
- Experience with Cornerstone, Docebo, or LearnUpon is highly transferable.
- Strong data analysis, reporting, and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Experience in a contact center or high-volume, fast-paced environment is strongly preferred.
- Tableau or Medallia experience is a strong plus.
