Job summary

ENFRA LLC is seeking an experienced LMS Administrator to oversee the UKG Learning Management System across field and corporate environments. You will build curricula, assign training, track completion, and maintain data integrity while collaborating with internal teams and external vendors.

The role emphasizes user support, content management, and ongoing optimization of learning infrastructure to drive workforce development and compliance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience administering a corporate LMS or similar system with user/vendor interfacing.
• Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and user experience.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills for reporting and data analysis.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• System Administration & Course Management: build curricula, courses, learning paths, and certifications; assign learners; manage enrollments; ensure data integrity; set up evaluations; publish/ archive content; ensure SCORM/xAPI compatibility.
• Vendor and Content Management: coordinate with content providers like LinkedIn Learning; evaluate new vendors.
• Support & Troubleshooting: serve as primary LMS contact; troubleshoot access/content issues; train internal stakeholders.
• Reporting & Analytics: generate dashboards and reports; analyze data trends to guide training strategy.
