Job summary

City of Raleigh Parks Department seeks a Learning & Development Systems Analyst to architect, maintain, and optimize the LMS platform for 2,000+ employees. The role blends database stewardship, advanced reporting, and learning design to keep SuccessFactors Learning running as a proactive hub for training records, compliance, and professional development.

You will manage the full lifecycle of training, coordinate with IT/vendors for integrations, and build dashboards to support safety readiness

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, CS, business, or related field with relevant lifecycle experience.
• Equivalent combinations with training/experience may be substituted.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary LMS contact, governing configuration and data sets.
• Maintain relational data integrity across training records and curricula.
• Develop dashboards and automated reporting pipelines using LMS tools and Power BI.
• Collaborate with IT and vendors to ensure integrations, APIs, and SSO function reliably.
• Support compliance reports and regulatory requirements (CAPRA).
