Job summary

GO Media, supporting Gladwell Practice Solutions (GPS), seeks a Learning Systems & Design Specialist to own the GPS LMS end-to-end, shaping learning journeys with SME collaboration and data-driven insights. You will drive operational excellence, improve learner experience, and measure outcomes across programs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in classroom teaching, LMS administration, learning operations, learning design, or a related role.
• Strong experience managing LMS platforms - Absorb preferred.
• Experience supporting the development and delivery of digital learning programs.
• Confidence using learner feedback and basic reporting to improve programs and learner experience.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and systems-minded, with the ability to coordinate multiple course designs and launch timelines.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work 5 days a week in a highly collaborative on-site environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the GPS LMS and learning experience end-to-end.
• Collaborate with SMEs to design and build engaging programs grounded in learning science.
• Drive operational excellence and use data to improve impact.
• Track learner engagement, progress, and feedback to identify improvements.
• Build dashboards and reports informing decisions across learning, product, and marketing.
