Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with emphasis in HR/Organizational Development or related discipline and 3+ years in HR
• Comprehensive understanding of HR principles, theories and concepts
• Excellent analytical, verbal and written communication to document, report and present findings

Responsibilities

• Administers and maintains the learning system to deliver online training
• Assists with data migrations, testing, troubleshooting systems issues; supports processes and loading
• Maintains training and user profiles; coordinates enrollment, tracking, assessments, reporting and communications
• Serves as a subject matter expert to maximize system features for learning events and reports
• Adheres to applicable laws, regulations and safety procedures; travels as required
