Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 6+ years in HR role; certificate can substitute.
• Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
• Experience configuring and using Cornerstone LMS (reporting, user management).
• Customer-focused with strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the learning management system to assign and record training for internal and/or external customers.
• Maintain training and user profile records, learning requirements, tracking, reporting and customer communications.
• Coordinate calendaring and enrollment for Instructor Led training and other learning events.
• Support intake of customer inquiries, requests and troubleshooting needs.
• Support development of course content, job aids and other learning materials.
• Support development and improvement of processes.
• May serve as a subject matter expert, training the community of business users to maximize the utilization of system features.
• Other duties as assigned or as required.
