Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with HR emphasis or related discipline, and six or more years of progressive HR experience.
• Comprehensive understanding of HR principles, theories and concepts with strong documentation and reporting.
• Experience with Cornerstone LMS configuration, user management, reporting and related functionality.

Responsibilities

• Administers and maintains the learning management system for internal/external training.
• Maintains training records, learning requirements, tracking and reporting.
• Coordinates calendaring and enrollment for Instructor Led training and other learning events.
• Supports inquiries, requests and troubleshooting related to learning activities.
• Assists in developing course content, job aids and learning materials.
• Supports process improvement in learning operations.
