Job summary

General Atomics is seeking a Sr. LMS Administrator to join the Learning and Development team in Poway, CA. The role focuses on administering the learning system, data integrity, and collaborating with ITS/HRIS vendors to deliver training.

The ideal candidate has Cornerstone experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and familiarity with Articulate content development. This position supports development of LMS standards and cross-functional training initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with emphasis in HR/OD/Training or related discipline and 10+ years progressive corporate HR/training experience.
• Must have Cornerstone experience.
• Demonstrates knowledge of learning management system principles, interfaces, data integrity, and regulatory considerations.
• Customer-focused with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to analyze data, identify issues, and coordinate innovative LMS solutions across complex environments.
• Experience with Articulate content development is a plus.
• Ability to initiate, plan, and manage projects; represents the company on external projects.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the company's learning system to deliver online training to internal/external customers.
• Assist with data migrations, collaborate with ITS/HRIS/vendors, and test software releases.
• Develop LMS objectives, content loading, event creation, reporting, and dashboards.
• Maintain training/SAP user records and data integrations.
• Triaging GA-content development requests and partnering with Instructional Design teams.
• Establish technical LMS standards and external vendor partnerships.
