Job summary

ST Engineering Aerospace seeks an LMS Administrator to oversee the LMS implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement, managing users, training records, content, system functionality, and related technologies. You’ll ensure accuracy, track usage, and support new training programs to drive employee performance and development.

Responsibilities include developing training modules, maintaining compliance requirements, troubleshooting issues, and providing user training.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing and maintaining LMS systems and training programs.
• Ability to test features, vendor vetting, and training.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee LMS implementation, maintenance, and improvements for users, training records and content.
• Develop and manage training modules and compliance requirements within the LMS.
• Troubleshoot login and access issues, monitor usage trends, and generate reports.
• Create LMS profiles for new employees and update training records for existing staff.
• Maintain LMS courses to meet compliance and respond to customer requirements.
• Provide training to new users and leaders on LMS navigation and usage.
