Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor's in Business Administration with emphasis in HR, training or related field and 10+ years in a corporate HR department.
• Must have Cornerstone experience.
• Knowledge of learning management principles, data integrity, interfaces and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the company's LMS to deliver online training objects to users.
• Assist with data migrations and testing with ITS, HRIS and vendors.
• Support development of LMS objectives, content loading, and event creation.
• Maintain training and SAP user data integrity and integrations.
• Triages GA-content development, prioritizes requirements, and partners with Instructional Design teams.
• Help establish technical LMS standards and vendor/ API integrations.
• Communicate with business users to maximize LMS utilization for events and reports.
