Interface Systems is seeking a Level 3 iSOC Coordinator in St. Louis to manage real-time security events, perform alarm verification, video monitoring, and live two-way audio interactions with monitored sites.

You will de-escalate threats, coordinate with customers and emergency services, and make rapid, authoritative decisions to protect people and assets. This on-site role requires 4am–2:30pm shifts, 8–10 hour options, and offers full benefits from Day 1, plus vacation and sick time,

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service, dispatch, or security preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Strong active listening and situational awareness are expected.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications is desirable.

Mansioni

• Monitor and verify alarms, coordinating with customers and emergency services.
• Manage live audio/video interactions with monitored sites.
• De-escalate potential threats and take appropriate action in real time.
• Document interactions and maintain accurate records in the system.
• Generate reports on alarm responses and life safety interventions.
• Support in providing clear, timely dispatch and communications to customers.
