Interface Security Systems LLC is seeking a Level 3 iSOC Coordinator to manage real-time security events from our Missouri office. You will handle live audio/video interactions, verify alarms, coordinate with emergency services, and de-escalate threats with authoritative communication.

This full-time role offers scheduling 2:30pm-11pm, 22.00 USD hourly starting rate, comprehensive benefits from day one, and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in customer service, call center, dispatch or security preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks and virtual tours of customer locations.
• Communicate with customers using two-way audio/video systems during incidents.
• Verify alarms and coordinate with emergency services when needed.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents and actions taken.
• Generate detailed reports on alarm responses and life safety interventions.
