Job summary

Interface Systems is seeking an experienced Level 3 iSOC Coordinator to manage real-time security events on-site. You will handle live audio interactions, verify alarms, and coordinate with emergency services to protect customers and sites.

Responsibilities include monitoring video/audio systems, conducting virtual tours, and documenting incident resolution with clear communication to customers and teams. Training is provided and benefits start day one.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Two years of experience in customer service, call center, dispatch, or security roles preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong active listening to understand customer needs.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to stay calm and professional in high pressure situations.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks and virtual tours of customer locations.
• Conduct virtual security escorts during opening/closing or upon request.
• Communicate with customer locations using two-way audio/video surveillance technology.
• Take action including contacting emergency services as needed.
• Answer inbound calls to resolve security and system inquiries.
• Monitor, verify and respond to alarm signals; perform video verification.
• Document interactions and generate detailed reports on responses and life-safety interventions.
• Manage live audio interactions to intervene during real-time incidents and de‑escalate when needed.
