This seasonal contract (May–Sept) requires a minimum 6-day/70-hour week, with full room and board and travel allowance provided. A fast-paced, high-volume setting offers growth and leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch and institutional/batch baking experience.
• ServSafe Allergens certification required before start date; company-sponsored.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train kitchen staff; foster a high-energy, positive environment.
• Oversee all prep and production for designated day part; ensure timely meal service.
