Wolfoods, Inc. is seeking an experienced Assistant Kitchen Manager for a hands-on leadership role at our rural summer camp facilities.

You will oversee all prep and production for designated day parts, manage staff, and enforce allergen safety standards to ensure top-quality, scratch-cooked meals. This on-site, live-in position requires a demanding six-day, 70-hour week with competitive pay, a performance bonus, and full room and board for the contract duration.

Competenze

• 2+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch and institutional/batch cooking experience.
• ServSafe Allergens certification required before start date (company-sponsored).
• Ability to stand for long periods in hot/cold kitchen and lift up to 50 lbs.

Mansioni

• Oversee all prep and production for designated day part.
• Lead and train kitchen staff and manage allergen safety.
• Monitor inventory, budgets, and daily reporting.
• Serve as liaison between kitchen operations and camp leadership.
