Wolfoods is seeking a Kitchen Manager for an on-site, live-in role at a rural summer camp. You will oversee daily culinary operations, staff management, budgeting, and strict allergen safety across a high-volume environment.

The position is seasonal (May–Sept), full-time, exempt, with a demanding 6-day/70-hour work week and on-site housing. You will lead a dynamic kitchen team while ensuring top quality meals and compliance with health standards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch and institutional/batch cooking experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, and train kitchen staff; foster a high-energy, positive environment.
• Oversee operational flow, portion control, menu specs, scratch cooking execution and timely meal service.
• Strict allergen and safety compliance with Kosher, Nut-Free, Gluten-Free, Vegan protocols and sanitation standards.
