Wolfoods is seeking an experienced Assistant Kitchen Manager to lead prep and production for designated day parts at a rustic, on-site summer camp across the United States. You will supervise kitchen staff, ensure allergen safety, manage inventory, and coordinate with camp leadership to deliver high-quality scratch cooking in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

This seasonal, exempt role requires living on-site, a demanding 6‑day, 70‑hour week, and participation in a bonus program.

Competenze

• 2+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch and institutional/batch baking experience.
• ServSafe Allergens certification required before start date.

Mansioni

• Lead and train kitchen staff; foster a high-energy, positive environment.
• Oversee prep and production for designated day part and ensure timely meal service.
• Manage allergen safety protocols (Kosher, Nut-Free, Gluten-Free, Vegan, etc.).
• Control inventory and assist with daily reporting.
• Serve as liaison between kitchen operations, campers, and camp leadership.
