Wolfoods, Inc. is seeking an experienced Assistant Kitchen Manager for a hands-on leadership role at a rural summer camp. You will oversee all prep and production for the daypart, manage a team of kitchen staff, and enforce strict allergen safety protocols onsite.

This on-site, live-in position offers a fast-paced, high-volume environment with opportunities to lead a dynamic camp dining operation and ensure exceptional dietary accommodations for campers with restrictions.

Formación

• Minimum 2+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch cooking experience.
• ServSafe Allergens certification required prior to start date.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and train kitchen staff to deliver high-energy service.
• Oversee all prep and production for designated daypart with strict portion control and scratch cooking.
• Enforce allergen protocols (Kosher, Nut-Free, Gluten-Free, Vegan) and health-safety standards.
