Wolfoods is seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager for a hands-on leadership role at our rural summer camps across the country. You will oversee daily culinary operations, staff management, budgeting, and strict allergen safety protocols in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

This on-site, live-in position requires you to thrive under pressure, manage a team, and ensure top-quality, safe meals for campers and staff during the May–Sept season.

Qualificações

• 4+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch and institutional/batch cooking.
• ServSafe Manager Certified; allergens knowledge required before start (company-sponsored).
• Strong leadership, budgeting, and tech-savvy skills.
• Ability to work on-site in a rustic summer camp setting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, schedule, and train kitchen staff; maintain high-energy operations.
• Oversee culinary quality, portion control, menu specs, and scratch cooking.
• Manage allergen safety protocols and health standards compliance.
• Control inventory, place orders, and monitor budgets.
• Serve as liaison between kitchen, campers, camp leadership, and Wolfoods office.
