Job summary

Wolfoods, Inc. is seeking an experienced Assistant Kitchen Manager for a hands-on leadership role at our rural summer camp facilities.

You will oversee all prep and production during designated day parts, supervise staff, and ensure allergen safety and compliance in a fast-paced setting. This on-site, live-in position requires the ability to thrive under pressure in a high-volume kitchen while coordinating with camp leadership and campers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch and institutional/batch cooking experience.
• ServSafe Allergens certification required before start date; company-sponsored.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train kitchen staff; foster a high-energy, positive environment.
• Operational flow: manage prep, production, portion control, and timely meal service.
• Strict allergen safety: manage food allergy protocols (Kosher, Nut-Free, Gluten-Free, Vegan, etc.) and sanitation standards.
