Wolfoods, Inc. seeks an experienced Assistant Kitchen Manager to lead on-site operations at a fast-paced rural summer camp. You will supervise all prep and production for a designated day part, manage staff, and uphold strict allergen safety protocols.

This live-in, seasonal role demands energy and the ability to thrive in a high-volume camp kitchen while maintaining quality, safety, and budget considerations.

Formación

• 2+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch and institutional cooking experience.
• ServSafe Allergens certification required before start date; company-sponsored.
• Strong leadership, cooking, able to navigate I-Pad, versatile with ingredients, and sharp problem-solving abilities.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a hot/cold kitchen.
• Willingness to live on-site in a rustic setting and commit to a demanding 6-day/70-hour week.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and train kitchen staff; foster a high-energy, positive environment.
• Oversee prep and production for designated day parts with scratch cooking execution.
• Strictly manage allergen protocols and health department sanitation standards.
• Control inventory, budget, and daily reporting.
• Serve as liaison between kitchen operations, campers, and camp leadership.
