Wolfoods is seeking an experienced Assistant Kitchen Manager for a hands-on leadership role at a rural summer camp. You will oversee all prep and production for a designated day part, manage staff, and ensure strict allergen safety in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.

This on-site, live-in position requires you to work a demanding 6-day/70-hour week and thrive under pressure while delivering scratch-cooked meals for diverse dietary needs.

Formación

• 2+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch and institutional/batch cooking experience.
• ServSafe Allergens certification required before start date; company-sponsored.
• Ability to use an iPad for operations and communication.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and train kitchen staff; foster a high-energy, positive environment.
• Oversee prep and production for designated day part; ensure timely meal service.
• Manage allergen protocols and sanitation to meet Health Department standards.
• Assist with inventory and daily reporting.
• Serve as liaison between kitchen operations, campers, and camp leadership.
