Wolfoods is seeking an experienced Assistant Kitchen Manager to lead hands-on operations at a rural summer camp. This on-site, live-in role oversees all prep and production for designated day parts and supervises kitchen staff in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

You will enforce allergen safety, maintain Health Department sanitation standards, manage inventory and daily reporting, and serve as a liaison with campers and camp leadership.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch baking experience.
• ServSafe Allergens certification required before start date; company-sponsored.
• Strong leadership, hands-on training, and problem-solving abilities.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willing to live on-site in rustic camp settings and work a demanding minimum 6 days/70 hours per week.
