Wolfoods is seeking an experienced Assistant Kitchen Manager for a hands-on leadership role at our rural, on-site summer camp operations across the US. You will oversee all prep and production for a designated day part, manage staff, and ensure allergen safety in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.

The role requires 2+ years in kitchen leadership, ServSafe Allergens certification, and willingness to live on-site for a demanding 6-day/70-hour week.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch and institutional/batch baking experience.
• ServSafe Allergens certification required before start date.
• Strong leadership, scratch baking, able to navigate I-Pad, versatile with ingredients, sharp problem solving.
• Stand for extended periods, able to lift up to 50 lbs, work in hot/cold kitchen settings.
• Willing to live on-site in a rustic setting and work a demanding 6-day/70-hour week.
