Wolfoods seeks an experienced Assistant Kitchen Manager for a hands-on leadership role at rural summer camps across the US. You will oversee all prep and production for designated day parts, manage staff, and enforce allergen safety protocols in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.

2+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch and institutional baking.
ServSafe Allergens certification required before start date.
Physical: stand long hours, lift up to 50 lbs, work in hot/cold kitchen.
Ability to live on-site in rustic setting and handle a demanding 6-day/70-hour week.

Mansioni

Lead and train kitchen staff; foster a high-energy, positive environment.
Oversee all prep and production for designated day part and ensure timely meal service.
Manage allergen safety protocols (Kosher, Nut-Free, Gluten-Free, Vegan) and sanitation standards.
