Job summary

Wolfoods seeks an experienced Assistant Kitchen Manager for a hands-on leadership role in our on-site rustic summer camp program. You will oversee all prep and production for designated day parts, supervise staff, and ensure strict allergen safety and compliance.

This is a live-on-site, fast-paced position requiring a minimum 6-day/70-hour week, with opportunities to lead a dynamic camp kitchen and collaborate with camp leadership.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch and institutional/batch cooking.
• ServSafe Allergens certification required before start date.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train kitchen staff to maintain high-energy, positive operations.
• Oversee scratch cooking, portioning, menu specs, and timely meal service.
• Manage allergen safety protocols and Health Dept. sanitation standards.
