Wolfoods is seeking an experienced Assistant Kitchen Manager to oversee prep and production for designated day parts at a rural summer camp. You’ll manage staff, ensure allergen safety, and maintain top sanitation and quality standards in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

This live‑in role requires a minimum 6‑day/70‑hour week, with room and board provided. You’ll supervise operations, uphold health regulations, and collaborate with camp leadership to deliver exceptional meals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch and institutional/batch cooking experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead and train kitchen staff; foster a high-energy, positive environment.
• Operational flow, portion control, menu specs, scratch cooking execution, and timely meal service.
