Job summary

Production Resource Group is seeking a Project Coordinator in Los Angeles to support Account Executives, Project Managers, Asset Teams, and Branch Operations in delivering live event projects. The role focuses on equipment availability, substitutions, and AMS lifecycle management to ensure on-time delivery and budget adherence.

The successful candidate will coordinate between internal teams and prep crews, maintain accurate project data, and provide exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience coordinating projects with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project requirements with Sales, Project Management, and Operations to meet milestones.
• Manage equipment availability, substitutions, transfers, subrentals, and budgeting updates in AMS.
• Provide project updates to Asset Team and confirm asset allocation and lifecycle changes.
• Assist in financial reconciliations and closeouts; support continuous improvement.
