Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a Production Coordinator to ensure the success and reconciliation of show and event productions. You will coordinate the technical, personnel, and financial aspects of the Production department, supporting the Production Manager and collaborating across teams.

The role involves working with venue and client production teams, handling payroll and scheduling tasks, and maintaining manuals and training materials for production positions.

Qualifications

• Experience in entertainment venues, theaters, or touring productions is required.
• Solid understanding of stage lighting, pro audio, and video systems.
• Must be able to manage multiple projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Production Manager, venue, touring, and client teams.
• Assist with settlement, payroll, scheduling, and administrative tasks.
• Coordinate interdepartmental communication and maintain department manuals.
