Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment seeks an experienced Production Coordinator to support the Production department and venue operations in a fast-paced environment. You will manage daily show logistics, schedules, and budget adherence, coordinating staff, vendors, and systems to ensure shows run smoothly.

You will collaborate with the Production Manager and GM, oversee lighting, audio, backline, and video setup, and help maintain safety and efficiency while controlling costs.

Qualifications

• Calm, professional, customer‑service oriented.
• Prior production experience in an entertainment venue.
• Tour and stage production experience.
• Understanding of stage lighting, pro audio and video systems.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong decision‑making with limited information.
• Proficiency in Windows applications (Excel and Word).
• Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a positive and creative environment for the Production department and venue.
• Create and distribute a daily show flash (P&L) for every event.
• Understand deal structure and the settlement process.
• Maintain department manuals and training materials for all production positions.
• Train/assist production staff and support personnel as needed.
• Adhere to budget and track department finances.
• Maintain inventory and maintenance logs.
• Ensure procedures are cost effective.
• Create and present daily/weekly show schedules to Operations Managers.
• Schedule staff with Production Manager while managing labor costs.
• Maintain communications with Production Manager and GM.
• Foster interdepartmental communication and organization.
• Assist in managing stage, sound, and lighting crews.
• Coordinate feedback with Talent Buyer.
• Advance technical and hospitality details for shows/events with Production Manager.
• Oversee maintenance of audio, lighting, backline, and video systems, advising on repairs.
• Ensure safe operation of all equipment.
• Attend production/operations meetings as directed by the GM.
• Maintain filing system for past show files on shared drive.
• Maintain vendor records and purchase orders.
• Advance technical and hospitality details for all third‑party club shows.
