Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking an experienced Production Coordinator to support live events across touring artists, venues, and vendors. You will coordinate production requirements, advance technical details, and oversee backstage operations to ensure shows run safely, on schedule, and to artist expectations.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in event production, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of event-based production experience.
• Strong organizational, time-management, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production requirements between touring artists, clients, venue teams, contractors, and vendors.
• Advance technical information, riders, staging, capacity changes, merchandise, VIP, and hospitality needs.
• Oversee backstage operations, including coordinators, runners, casual labor, stagehands, security, rental equipment, and vendors.
• Assist with staffing, budgeting, and labor cost management.
• Maintain production schedules, show records, cost spreadsheets, and other data.
• Assist with show accounting, settlements, and vendor payments.
