The Music Center in Los Angeles, CA seeks a Production Coordinator to provide administrative, logistical, and production support for programming and live events within TMC Arts. Working under the Producing Production Manager, you will collaborate with the Programming and Producing teams to ensure successful coordination and delivery of performances, festivals, and artistic programs.

Strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to balance administrative tasks with hands-on production

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in performing arts or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 2 years in live production or related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience using CRM platforms or databases.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Mansioni

• Coordinate PA requests, schedule staffing, and maintain division-wide staffing calendars.
• Support PA staffing during events, monitor coverage, coordinate assignments.
• Enter and manage information in CRM/databases and generate basic reports.
• Coordinate cross-divisional meetings and prepare meeting materials.
• Process production invoices and track supporting documentation.
• Assist with production planning and run-of-show review.
• Coordinate with vendors, artists, and partners for event logistics.
