Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a Production Coordinator to ensure the success and reconciliation of show and event productions by coordinating the technical, personnel and financial aspects of the Production department, in support of the Production Manager and team.

The role requires hands-on planning, clear communication across venue, touring, and client teams, and strong familiarity with stage lighting, pro audio, and video systems.

Qualifications

• Prior production experience specific to entertainment venues, theatres, or touring scenarios.
• General understanding of stage lighting, pro audio systems and video systems.
• Must possess strong communication and note taking skills.

Responsibilities

• Work in tandem with the Production Manager, venue, touring, and client production teams.
• Help the Production Manager with settlement, payroll, scheduling, and administrative tasks to ensure a seamless department.
• Coordinate interdepartmental communication.
• Create and maintain department manuals and training materials for all production positions.
• Assist and support production department personnel.
• Create and maintain an inventory and maintenance log.
• Schedule staff, rentals, and hospitality within show and event budget guidelines.
• Advance technical and hospitality details for shows and events with the Production Manager.
• Attend production and venue staff meetings as outlined by the GM and PM.
