Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a Production Coordinator to ensure the success and reconciliation of show productions by coordinating the technical, personnel and financial aspects of the Production department while supporting the Production Manager and the rest of the Production department with thorough and detailed preparation.

The role requires collaboration with venue, touring and client production teams, assisting with settlement, payroll and scheduling, and maintaining manuals,

Qualifications

• Calm and levelheaded in fast paced environments.
• Prior production experience in entertainment venues, theatres, or touring scenarios.
• General understanding of stage lighting, pro audio and video systems.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to make clear concise decisions with limited information.
• Strong computing and accounting skills: Excel, Teams, Outlook, Word, Acrobat, BOX, Sharepoint, Zoom, Asana, Airtable, Slack.

Responsibilities

• Work with Production Manager, venue, touring, and client production teams.
• Helps Production Manager with settlement, payroll, scheduling and admin tasks.
• Coordinates interdepartmental communication.
• Develops and maintains department manuals and training materials.
• Assist and support production department personnel.
• Create and maintain an inventory and maintenance log.
• Schedule staff, rentals, and hospitality within budget guidelines.
• Advance technical and hospitality details for shows with the Production Manager.
• Attend production and venue staff meetings as outlined by GM and PM.
