Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee in-venue staff and support the Ops Manager in daily tasks. The role focuses on day-of-show duties, guest relations, security coordination, and maintaining event standards.

The candidate should bring training in responsible alcohol service, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Prior live venue experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• College diploma in a related field is preferred.
• Experience or training in alcohol service and guest relations is expected.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the Ops Manager to perform day-of-show duties.
• Respond to elevated staff/guest inquiries regarding shows and VIP packages.
• Address guest concerns related to security and customer service.
• Coordinate with Security and Guest Services to maintain service standards.
• Perform opening, running, and closing duties per policy.
• Inform guests of venue amenities and make recommendations.
• Ensure proper line-of-sight and atmosphere control in work areas.
• Lead pre-shift meetings and communicate issues to management.
• Document incidents and assist with ejection logs as required.
• Work Special Events scheduled at the venue.
