Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a proactive operations professional to support day-of-show duties in a fast-paced venue environment. You will respond to guest inquiries, assist with accessibility and VIP programs, and help maintain safety and service standards for all guests.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and the ability to resolve conflicts while upholding alcohol service policies and Live Nation protocols.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma.
• Philadelphia Guard Card or equivalent certificate.
• Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification or Equivalent.
• Working knowledge of high-volume nightclub operations, responsible alcohol service and guest relations.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks/issues at one time effectively, with an upbeat attitude.

Responsibilities

• Works directly with the Ops Manager and Security Supervisor to perform day of show duties.
• Respond to elevated staff/guest inquiries and concerns for shows, Meet & Greet packages, Foundry access, VIP program and seat upgrades.
• Address guest concerns and complaints regarding security and customer service situations.
• Follow up with Security and Guest Services to ensure service standards are met.
• Perform opening/running/closing duties per Live Nation policy.
• Inform guests of venue amenities and make recommendations.
• Maintain line of sight and atmosphere control by circulating and reporting issues.
