Live Nation Entertainment is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee venue operations staff and support the Ops Manager in daily tasks. You will handle day-of-show duties, guest inquiries, VIP packages, and uphold Live Nation policies in a fast-paced venue setting.

You will lead pre-shift meetings, communicate SOPs, and assist with incident reporting and security coordination while maintaining excellent guest relations and service standards.

Qualifikationen

• Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification or Equivalent.
• Working knowledge of high-volume nightclub operations, responsible alcohol service and guest relations.
• Skills in guest relations / staff relations and ability to anticipate guest needs.
• Prioritization of duties and effective communication with team members.

Aufgaben

• Work directly with the Ops Manager to perform day-of-show duties.
• Respond to elevated staff/guest inquiries, VIP program and seat upgrades.
• Resolve guest concerns related to security and customer service.
• Lead pre-shift meetings and communicate SOPs to staff.
• Complete incident reports and collect witness statements.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service per Live Nation policies.
