Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a qualified candidate to assist the Operations Manager at the venue, supervising the Operations Crew and ensuring smooth day-of-show operations. The role focuses on safety, guest experience, and coordinated staff efforts.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of high-volume nightclub operations and responsible alcohol service.
• Strong guest relations and staff relations skills.
• Effective communication and prioritization under pressurized conditions.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the Ops Manager to perform day-of-show duties.
• Create work plan for operations crew and ensure tasks are performed safely and timely.
• Assist with venue maintenance plan, including groundskeeping.
• Respond to elevated staff/guest inquiries related to shows, VIP programs and seating upgrades.
• Address guest concerns and complaints regarding security and customer service.
