Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a proactive Events Operations team member to support day-of-show duties. You will work directly with the Ops Manager and Security Manager to ensure smooth guest experiences and safety.

You will respond to guest inquiries, assist with amenities and meet-and-greet packages, and help maintain service standards. The role requires the ability to handle multiple tasks with a positive attitude and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification or Equivalent.
• Working knowledge of high-volume nightclub operations, responsible alcohol service and guest relations.
• Skills in guest relations/staff relations and anticipating guest needs.
• Prioritization of duties and effective communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with an upbeat attitude and resolve conflicts.

Responsibilities

• Works directly with the Ops Manager and Security Manager to perform day of show duties.
• Respond to elevated staff/guest inquiries regarding shows, meet-and-greet packages, amenities.
• Address guest concerns and complaints related to security and customer service.
• Follow up with Security and Guest Services to ensure service standards are met.
• Perform opening/running/closing duties per Live Nation policy.
• Maintain line of sight and atmosphere control by circulating through the area and reporting issues.
• Engage in suggestive selling of venue products and services when applicable.
• Communicate SOPs to staff and assist with pre-shift briefings.
• Turn in lost and found items to Guest Services and ensure proper incident reporting.
