Live Nation Entertainment is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead venue operations, maintenance, and Day of Show activities. You will partner with the Leadership team in market, oversee front of house operations, and manage third-party vendors and staffing across departments.

You will recruit and train staff, manage budgets, ensure safety and compliance, and serve as liaison with local authorities. Onsite presence for shows and non-show operations is required.

Formación

• Two years’ experience as House/Operations Manager or similar role.
• Experience dealing with police and public officials and liaising with local municipalities.
• Ability to recruit, train and supervise large multi-department staff.
• Proficient in budgeting, records, and payroll oversight.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure all tasks are completed personally or via delegation.
• Recruit, hire, train and supervise part-time staff across departments.
• Develop and oversee overhead budgets for repairs and maintenance.
• Assist General Manager in annual operations budget prep.
• Maintain incident records and manage investigations and hearings.
• Ensure facility equipment operates at optimum condition; oversee safety protocols.
• Address guest complaints and enforce Live Nation policies and programs.
• Manage onboarding and ongoing development of event staff; ensure compliance.
