Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment, the world’s leading live entertainment company, seeks an energetic team member for our venue operations. You will work directly with the Ops Manager and Security Manager to ensure smooth day-of-show operations, respond to guest inquiries, and support security and guest services with a positive, guest-first attitude.

Ideal candidates bring strong guest relations skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and a proactive approach to incident reporting and service

Qualifications

• Knowledge of high-volume nightclub operations and guest relations.
• Ability to maintain composure and deliver excellent customer service under pressure.
• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform day of show duties with Ops and Security Managers.
• Respond to elevated staff/guest inquiries and concerns about shows and amenities.
• Address guest concerns and complaints regarding security and customer service.
