Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee the in-venue operations staff and support the operations manager. You will handle day-of-show duties, respond to guest inquiries and VIP program access, and ensure service and safety standards are met throughout events.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Security and Guest Services, leading pre-shift meetings, managing incident reports, and maintaining alcohol service policies.

Qualifications

• Required: High-volume nightclub/venue operations knowledge and guest relations skill.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience following SOPs and safety/alcohol policies; report writing and incident documentation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-of-show duties and assist the Ops Manager.
• Respond to staff and guest inquiries, manage VIP programs and seat upgrades.
• Coordinate with Security and Guest Services to maintain service standards.
• Lead pre-shift meetings and relay management information to staff.
• Complete incident reports and assist with ejection logs.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service and maintain line of sight in guest areas.
