Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a proactive Floor Supervisor to support the Operations Manager in daily venue operations and oversee floor staff during live events.

The ideal candidate has a background in food and beverage service in fast-paced environments, strong leadership, and a passion for customer service. This role involves nights, weekends, and special events with a focus on safety and guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification or equivalent.
• Experience in high-volume food and beverage service.
• Proven experience in guest relations, anticipating needs of guests and staff.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work extended hours, including nights, weekends, and special events.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Operations Manager to perform daily tasks and oversee show duties.
• Assist in guest relations by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints related to shows and amenities.
• Ensure all guest issues are addressed, including security and customer service-related situations.
• Maintain communication with Operations, Security and F&B teams to meet service standards.
• Lead opening, running, and closing duties in alignment with Live Nation policies.
• Educate guests on venue amenities and make recommendations to enhance experience.
• Circulate to maintain atmosphere and report issues as they arise.
• Engage in suggestive selling of venue products and services where applicable.
• Stay up to date on SOPs and communicate them to staff.
• Prepare pre-shift sheets and relay information to staff.
• Oversee lost and found items with proper handling.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service per policy and training.
• Maintain security protocols in guest-facing and back-of-house spaces.
• Lead pre-shift meetings and ensure smooth operations at shift start.
• Work with MOD to resolve issues and escalate when needed.
• Complete incident reports and assist with logs and related duties.
• Participate in and manage special events for smooth operations.
• Perform additional tasks as requested by management.
