Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in a law firm or professional setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Senior Litigation Manager and Senior Coordinator in gathering and documenting trial requirements.
• Maintain and update trial checklists, timelines in firm systems and tracking tools.
• Arrange travel, flights, ground transportation, and hotels for trial teams.
• Coordinate hotel rooming lists and meeting space requests per firm guidelines.
• Prepare summaries of travel and hotel arrangements for trial teams.
• Support war-room and courtroom logistics, including room reservations and supplies.
• Escalate vendor issues to senior team members for resolution.
• Coordinate with IT, Office Services for trial technology and connectivity.
• Maintain organized electronic records of trial logistics and invoices.
• Ensure confidentiality of all firm and client information.
