Responsibilities

• Coordinate travel, hotel, and transportation using approved vendors.
• Maintain trial checklists, timelines, and related documentation.
• Assist with war-room and courtroom logistics, including space, catering, and supplies.
• Communicate with satellite offices, hotels, and court facilities as directed.
• Monitor trial schedules and escalate issues to senior staff.
