• Demonstrated ability to accurately research, identify, and retrieve responsive documents across multiple banking products, systems, and repositories.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands and deliver work with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Review complex legal orders and determine whether to attach client funds.
• Process attachments including levies, garnishments, and restraining notices.
• Determine eligibility for state or Federal exemptions.
• Initiate payment of funds to agency or court as applicable.
• Apply exemptions to access exempt funds.
• Create customer notification letters for account activity.
• Provide official bank responses to courts or agencies.
• Communicate with external third parties as needed.
• Interpret legal documents with sound judgment and timely decisions.
