Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in portfolio management, legal, mortgage and/or finance
• Demonstrated ability to research, identify, and retrieve responsive documents across banking products, systems, and platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including tailoring communications to diverse audiences, active listening, and timely follow-up
• Strong attention to detail with a proven track record of delivering accurate work to deadlines
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with ability to leverage resources
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities, manage multiple projects, and embrace new processes
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative mindset
• Professional demeanor with client-service orientation in handling sensitive matters

Responsibilities

• Processes third party subpoenas served on the bank for civil and criminal matters
• Review complex legal documents and log key information into case management system for bank records responsive to subpoenas
• Apply state and federal laws to maintain compliance with proper service, customer notification requirements, and privacy laws
• Navigate dozens of systems to research and acquire responsive documents
• Interact with Law Enforcement, agencies, and attorneys to negotiate scope, court appearances, and reasonable due dates
• Maintain a large caseload with multiple moving parts and accurate interpretations of documents
• Submit timely accurate responses to legal matters and communicate effectively with external third parties
• Make decisions with minimal supervision while remaining collaborative
