• Strong attention to detail with a track record of accurate work within deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to develop effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Processes third party subpoenas served on the bank for civil and criminal matters.
• Reviews complex legal documents and logs key information into case management system.
• Applies state and federal laws to ensure proper service and privacy requirements.
• Navigates multiple systems to research and obtain responsive documents.
• Interacts with law enforcement, agencies, and attorneys to negotiate scope and due dates.
• Maintains a large caseload with multiple moving parts through strong organizational skills.
• Interprets legal documents accurately and manages caseload effectively.
• Submits timely, accurate responses to legal matters and communicates with third parties.
