Qualifications

• Active California real estate license or in process
• Experience in residential real estate sales with focus on listings
• Strong understanding of pricing strategy, market data, and seller positioning
• Excellent communication with sellers and ongoing client relationship management
• Proven or developing negotiation skills to protect client outcomes
• Comfortable collaborating with marketing, operations, and transaction coordination teams
• Experience hosting open houses and private showings or willingness to learn our system
• Must live in Contra Costa or Solano County and be familiar with the local market
• Coachable and able to follow team systems and processes

Responsibilities

• Manage the full listing process from appointment to closing, delivering a high-level client experience
• Conduct listing consultations, pricing strategy discussions, and market analyses for sellers
• Leverage the team’s in-house marketing and listing systems to launch and promote properties
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and transaction coordination to ensure smooth execution
• Host listing appointments, open houses, and private showings as needed
• Negotiate offers and contracts to achieve the strongest outcome for sellers
• Communicate consistently with clients and keep transactions moving forward
• Stay informed on local market conditions across Contra Costa and Solano County
